The helpful staff and convenient location make me want to return. TRAM takes 15 minutes to downtown and Schonbrunn. Good breakfast. Silent room, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. A great place to stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the 24-hour check-in made our late arrival hassle-free. I also appreciated the convenience of having a store right next to the hotel. a comfortable and convenient stay.

I was actually surprised by the value for money at Senator Hotel. The room wasnice and neat, with a handy mini fridge. The location was great, with a tram stop just 100m away, making it easy to get to the city center.

The staff, especially the receptionist from Serbia, were incredibly friendly and always ready to answer any questions or fulfill any requests we had.
